We use UPS as the shipping company. UPS transit time varies based on your zone. However, some zones take up to 9 days, so keep this in mind when placing your order. We do not charge a handling fee for orders. You will pay only what it costs us to ship your order to you. We pack and weigh your package before charging your shipping.
We can ship directly to your family and friends as gifts for special occasions. With the price of gasoline these days, having it shipped to your house will be a big savings.
RETURN POLICY
If you receive a broken product, you need to file a claim with UPS and contact us. UPS will pick up the package from you and determine the cause of the breakage and return to us. You must keep all packaging materials for UPS to examine. We make sure that all candles are packaged the best possible way to avoid breakage.
